Lowepro reinvented their S&F series for Event Photographer

Being an event photographer, the amount of gears I have to carry for an event is killing. In the past, I tried using the backpack but retrieving of gears such as lenses and flash is a nightmare!

I am still searching for a workable solution, the Think Tank Photo modular system could be one good alternative. Looking at it..... putting all my gears on a belt system may not work for me...especially putting all the heavy load stuffs...around my waist...

I am very sure that the belt system could support the heavy load of all my lenses but I guess my waist may have to suffer all the weight...then I need the harness straps for supporting the Think Tank Belt / modular system (such as the Pixel Racing Harness™ V2.0)..so am back to square one!

I am a big fans of Think Tank system and owned the Think Tank Shape Shifter and recently the Think Tank Urban Disguise 35 V2.0 shoulder bag. Both bag served different purposes. The Shape Shifter is good for "transporting gears" while Urban Disguise series is actually my office bag (haha)!

Recently, Lowepro reinvented their Street and Field™ system for professional photographers, wow..the Lowepro Street and Field™ Technical Vest is cool, I think such vest could comfortably distribute the heavy load to both the shoulder and waist...check out this cool video...

You may find out more about this Lowepro Technical Vest HERE. (If you are interested)

I enclose some of the official product photos (from the Lowepro website) for your easy reference:

 Compare to the old one:
External cable port (Sometime some music is good for event photographer..)

You may adjust the vest using the shoulder strap.

Some hidden internal pockets to keep some of the important items or place you iPhone or iPod:

Look more like a journalist than an event photographer to me....

Some as the previous vest, you must be worn with the S-F™ Deluxe Technical Belt or S-F™ Light Utility Belt.

Well, If you are the lucku guy out there and happen to owned 1 of this beauty, please feel free to input your user experience and am glad to see some feedback (before I decided to jump in and get 1 for myself..haha)
